In order to maintain our translation quality standards we require our linguists at least to:

• Mother tongue speaker
• College Graduate with a Major Degree in Language or equivalent
• If their degree is not in Language, an additional qualifications specifically for language is needed
• Proficient knowledge and experience of specific industry and terms
• Have worked out 100,000 words translation / interpreting
• Have at least 3 to 5 years professional experience in the field of translation / interpreting
• Accredited certification by industry recognized bodies

Second stage requirements are the linguists need to provide

• A proven track record of their past experience in the field of translation / interpreting
• The name of two referees familiar with their translation / interpreting work
• Finally the linguists will be tested for specific projects to ensure use of correct terminology for that specific client as well as style preferences. The test also measures the linguist’s ability to meet deadlines.
